Three years in the making, this album is the result of shaping our musical language into a melodic, percussive, groovy – sometimes abstract but always enegetic and curious – soundworld. During its creation, we let go of the idea of being “just” a percussion trio and let rip with all kinds of instruments scattered around our studio, combining sounds that felt exiting and unexpected. Together with producer Merlijn Verboom we divided the process into a series of recording sessions focused on writing, improvising and sculpting the music as it evolved. We’re proud to finally share this work with the world, and hope to bring it live to a theater near you soon!
